Visa Waiver Program (VWP)

Certain non-immigrants are exempted from the visa requirement. These exempt parties include nationals of selected countries who are participating in the Visa Waiver Program (VWP). This program permits the arrival of aliens who do not have a visa if they are citizens of certain designated countries, including:

 

Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The United Kingdom, and Uruguay,

 

They must also be visiting the United States in the B category as tourists and short-term business visitors.

Non-Immigrant Petitions
